I am trying this way of meeting someone because my relationships in the past have never worked out to be anything lasting. I have always gone out to bars to meet someone, but now I have come to realize that this doesn't seem to work out to good for me in the long run. I am an honest person that tries to consider others feelings. It makes me feel good to help others and see them be happy.

I would like to meet a friend that I could share a conversation with. Someone who likes the same things and shares the same outlook on life. I feel that if this connection is made then a lasting relationship could develop from there.

I think going out to dinner and to listen to a live band would be nice. But what would make the date perfect is the feeling you get when you now that you have met someone special and can't wait to see agian.
