I just moved to Texas about a year ago from Georgia and I STILL don't know anybody here yet. It's always so difficult to meet new people, especially because I don't really go out, mostly because I don't like to go out by myself. I'm pretty cool though, at least I think I am? I love to laugh and I have a kinda crazy sense of humor. I try to make everything funny somehow. My philosophy is that when you are presented with insane situations in life you can either cry about it or laugh it off. I choose to giggle til i get teary eyed and my sides hurt!

Anyhow, I have a pretty busy schedule most days. I work and I am a single mom, and that's me, that's who I am-Momma. First and foremost. I'm the coolest mom ever! I used to be a super comic junkie when I was a kid & now the story arcs I read are coming out in the movies. My son thinks it's so awesome that his mom knows all about Iron Man, X Men, Fantastic 4, etc. I still have those comics & I let him read them now. He thinks it's rockin that I don't mind baitin the pole or takin the fish off the hook. I totally encourage his every whim whether its to paint, collect insects, play sports, guitar, anything he shows interest in. I think I spoil him, but it's okay
cuz I'm the one that has to deal with him...lol.

Having fun and enjoying life is so crucial to happiness . I believe that we should always strive to be more, to be better than before & exceed our own expectations, expand our horizons, broaden & use our minds, always stay open to new ideas, and explore the world around us, even things we think are impossible.

Im a smoker. Not much of a drinker anymore. I read constantly. I am the epitome of a book worm. I'm strung out on sudoku puzzles. I love dogs, not those little ankle biters, real dogs...lol....I hate cats. Cant stand em. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. I'm just looking to meet some new people and hopefully make some friends. I'm looking for someone who has a sense of humor and is able to carry on an intelligent conversation. I'm really not too picky bout what someone has to be (or not be) but I do have a couple of non-negotiable criteria, and even though I'm pretty laid back and totally not one, they still might make me sound like a complete b!*ch. 1) I do not date outside my race. It'll never happen, and it's not cuz i'm a "Hater"? or whatever, it's just how I was raised and I happen to agree with that still. I don't mean that to be rude or offensive, I'm just trying to save everybody some time. 2) I am not interested at all in hangin out with any married guys. If you're divorced, but with those funny little suspicious air quotation marks " ", (meaning you claim to be divorced or single but you're really not ) , then we probably won't be able to chill. Unless there are extremely extenuating circumstances. Legal separation is one thing, but lookin for some chick to mess around with cuz your girl is out of town or you're arguing or just bored, is something totally different. And that gets really messy...lol. I don't like dealing with that.... Those are the kind of surprises I can do without. I like to be drama free. I absolutely abhor serious situations, I want to spend time with people I can just be myself around. Relax, cut up, smile, and laugh as much as I can. I don't play games. I expect the same courtesy from others in return. Also, I'm not a one-night-stand kinda gal, mostly because I'm just not hard wired to be casual about intimate interactions nor to disregard human emotion or good old fashion morale. So if you're looking for someone to play with you on this webcam thing then I'm not the one for ya, buddy. First of all, I don't know how to work the damn webcam, and second that's just not the kind of thing I'm into.

Ignorance, negativity

First and foremost, intelligence is very sexy to me. But physically what appeals to me is muscles. I think Stone Cold Steve Austin is the sexiest man in the world. I love blue eyes. I love muscles. If I could find a guy that looked like that and had half a brain, I'd be swept off my feet in time...lol. But what are the odds of all that rolled into one? Slim to none I'm guessing.

I've been told my eyes and my smile, but I think my accent is what people really remember after they've heard me speak.

Something to read, Stimulating conversation, my kids, and the salt water, i've never been this far from the ocean before. I find it intolerable. I'd give anything to be barefoot walking on the sandy beaches of Fernandina Beach, FL in the middle of the night with a full moon.
