I too knew a girl like that in High School. She develop sooner than the rest of us early in Middle School. Both the guys and gals called her Juggs, that is how she was known.

It's not uncommon for girls to develop at 8 years old. It happens often enough. Seeing as you weren't there in her life when she was 8 years old, I don't think you have any authority on what did or did not happen.
