There is more to this than simply not saying anything to someone....

We now have full blown threats! And this is not the typical BS that takes place on here...not high school yard bullying. We now have a crime being committed. A request for death, and other claims should be investigated and prosecuted.

Technically all we need is an IP address and a call to the FBI.

I'm an Internet Technician... I specialized in Communications in the military... I can get any IP address but technically I would be commiting a crime also by invasion of privacy... The laws are tricky now because of all the crap that has went on mostly out of Nigeria and Somalia.....

There is a free program on "MajorGeeks.com"... You can trace any IP address but only to a generalized location... Still will get you close enough that you can find the Network with a Scanner... Then you call the Police....

BTW... There is an instruction and tech manual that loads on install of the program... I'm in no way telling people to committ any crime or default the webdate privacy policy... I'm just Sayin'

I don't think civilians should be doing this. I am just saying, death threats are not acceptable. Technically claiming someone is a sex offender can be looked into. There are plenty of registered sex offender sites to double check such a claim (eg. Family Watchdog). It is a very serious claim and subsequent threats are unacceptable.
