If I were blind i would say no but, i'm not. Usually the first thing we people blessed with sight do when we meet someone is see them. Sexual attraction? Idk, if they are pleasing to my particular eye then interest is peeked but, at this point i'm usually not thinking about the sex we may or may not have. A beautiful woman has caught many a mans eye only to be walked away from shortly after they speak.

Physical attraction is a must! If it wasn't all species of animal would look exactly the same. We are designed to hunt. So when we see a beautiful lady our instincts kick in.
