There are those out there that like to make it clear that your not the only person interested in them. Does this turn you off and make you want to walk away or does it turn you on and make you want to fight for them?

I know what I want......I will fight tooth and nail to be with a person if I love them, but only if the other person is serious and feels that way too - if they don't feel the same, I will rather walk away with my dignity intact and concentrate my energy on someone who is truly interested in me. Life is too damn short for bullshit and complications......If a person is making it clear that you are not the only person vying for their attention - that sounds like a person who is playing games for an ego boost, or a person who is deeply insecure - MEGA TURN OFF!!!!!!! Run like the wind baby!!!!!!!!

Well,it isn't actually happening at this moment, but if it was,it would totally piss me off if they are 'making it clear'...I would be turned off and probably find someone who wants just me.
I agree with Clair also...Life is too short for bull.

If more than one person was interested in me, I'd ignore the one wanting me that I don't want.

I agree with both ladies. If he is telling me he has other people interested, I'd probably tell him to have fun with them. If I just know there are other people interested, then game on. I will do what it takes to get what I want and I enjoy a little competition along the way.

I don't play such games.

I have spent too many years with low self esteem fighting for people who weren't sure of who or what they wanted. If there are people fighting for attention of one person, i will back off. You either know you like me and want to be with me only, or you don't. I don't believe in grey area's when it comes to this.

So no, it doesn't turn me on.

Like all the responses. I kinda agree with Peggy that if its a case were other people are interested, then hell I am more than willing to fight for what I want. If its a case though were I sense its more an issue that the person is using the interest of others to minipulate me, make me jealous, or they cant seem to settle for one person then I am running like hell usually.

"Fight" sounds so retarded. Assault and stalking are illegal.

I refuse to fight for any man. If that man wants to be my man then fighting won't be necessary!

If I were forced to compete over a woman's affections, then I'd rather not even bother with it. It's silly and ridiculous. What ever happened to an old-fashioned mutual attraction between a man and a woman without adding third and fourth wheels to the equation? It's pointless if you're thinking one way and the other person is thinking on a different level.

Mutual attraction is hard to come by naturally. It seems no one is ever in the right place at the right time to have mutual anything.

I refuse to ignore people. No matter who, or how they are.

I could, but I'm not going to. Everybody has a voice and it shall be heard. One way, or another.

Fighting goes against my basic nature (as I am today) ... if love is present in both parties, there is no need to fight.

Having said that, I know that love is sometimes not forever ... so, a saying from the 60's "If you love something let it go, if it was meant to happen it will return." Make love not war.

I think she was asking me to point the gun at your head.

And i can't. Letting me own (or hold) a gun would be the worst mistake canada ever made.

Hahahahaha me too!

Whenever asked if I've ever held a gun I always ask "Is the world still over populated?"

I didn't know you were Canadian. Also, that isn't (or wouldn't be) a mistake.

Yeah i sure am. I like living in BC.

And i am pretty sure me having a gun would be a mistake. I'm a very paranoid person. Guns and paranoia don't go well together.
