The problem is Crystal that it takes 2 people to make a baby. So what if she wanted a baby, but he didn't? Hell, there are plenty of times that women lie about taking their birth control pills, just so they'll have a baby. Then the father gets stuck either paying child support, or being labeled as a dead beat dad, even if he was being responsible. So what if she wanted to get pregnant? It's the public's business because there are children's lives at stake. Should a woman keep having babies for such a selfish reason as "she just wanted to," even if she is not capable of taking care of them on her own? That's a problem.
