Well, the biggest reason is that I still have my gaurd up from what has recently happened to me, the other is that well. . .there aren't ne single ladies that live close to me!

I'm single by choice! It doesn't always have to be a negative thing, of course. I've had long-term relationships that ended fine, short term ones than ended terribly--I'm just ready to meet new people altogether. Have I ever found the right person? Maybe...just not the right time I guess. Sometimes it's not selfish to think about yourself you know!

An easy question... Okay, I got two reasons why I am single... 1. I haven't found the right woman to complement me yet 2. Some females just can't understand that I am who I am and if they can't accept the fact that I'm just an average-looking nice guy who doesn't dress up to impress her, then I know that she's not worth it at that time or at any other time.

For me I think obviously being shy and lacking self confidence....maybe a little more complicated then that because I have confidence just not so much in talking let alone walking up to a girl to ask her out. On top of that I'm a unique guy with unique interests and I guess at least on webdate nobody cares about that. I hate to lose hope but it is frustrating. I'm romantic, considerate, loyal and yet nobody seems interested except for friendship.

Haven't found the right person, or messed it up when you did? I'm single because: 1. I allow my insecurities to overwhelm me, which negatively affects my relationships or my attempts to date someone 2. Once I did have 'the right one' but it all went to hell because we both behaved badly ... but in the end I was the biggest asshole of us two. You know what they say: 'two wrongs don't make a right' 3. Sometimes I just don't try hard enough! 4. People just don't realize what a wonderful, funny, caring, handsome, intelligent guy they are passing up ^_^

I'm single by choice. I'm having too much fun in the real world. I come to this site when I'm board. Good luck to all that take this "lonely hearts club" too seriously.....lol@you. My advice; Get out and socialize. Don't be on the hunt. Trolling is fun and keep things light. If you click with someone, let things take there natural course........ HH
