Internet is the best place to find the love of life without any difficulties. U can simply click the mouse button n can find ur match from any part of the world.
Many persons r very lucky n have found their love thru internet, got married n live happily forever.
But internet dating has some disadvantages too. Some people have lost their money with a broken heart.
Friends, did u know in almost all dating sites(free or paid) there r men n women who create fake profiles n upload phony photos. These r called scammers becos these people r not interested in any love but scam innocent men n women by their fake love n tell to send money thru western union or money gram or credit cards.
Friends u can identify a scammer thru their letters n profile.
Usually the scammers will never answer ur questions n will never ask u anything about ur personal life. Infact they will ask u questions regarding ur relationship,appearance but will ignore ur questions. For example if u ask a scammer to tell about their country's culture they will simply ignore it.
Why the scammers respond ur questions less or not at all becos they mass mail to different people of different age ranging from 18 to 80. They use scam baiting technique called the Bat(usually used by Russian scammers).
2ndly the scammers will specify a wide range of their partner from 18 to 80. But some also specify 30 to 60.
3rdly scammers will definitely urge u to send money online. They fall in love after a few mails. But some scammers r so clever that they will take more than six months. But money request will definitely come. They will tell that their member of a family needs operation for any disease suppose cancer. Some will tell u to donate money to a charitable institution. Some will ask u to buy commodities. Some will make u greedy(usually by Nigerian scammers) by telling that their father is died (usually by war) n has millions of dollars deposited in their name. They will tell u that u r the love of their life n they need to transfer this money in ur account. For this u have to contact a lawer n of course u have to pay for it. But the thing is that no such money exist.
Some scammers will want to come to ur country n they need money for visa,air-tickets. But once u send them money,the meeting will never arrive.
So friends please be careful while dealing with anbody in internet.
NEVER SEND MONEY TO ANYBODY WHOM U HAVE NEVER MET.

my advice, don't internet date! lol, get out there in the real world and meet a in the flesh human being. I use this site for video chat rooms, it's fun to shoot the shit with friends and nothing more. you can't seriously meet someone online. It's like living a double life, online you can be whoever you want in person these guys are nothing more than "al bundy" from married with children.

You can absolutely seriously meet someone online. As long as you meet them in person as well. I've met some of the best friends I've ever had online. I met the guy I've been dating since October online as well. It's just as easy to lead a double life in the "real world" as it is online. People have been doing it for hundreds of years, probably more.

It can go either way. Many are scammers, but some are very nice people. I have met a number face to face that we began to talk on the net and we are friends. Just as on the streets, there are good ones and bad ones. Just have to weed out the bad ones to find the good ones, whether in or out of your country. But it seems that most countries do have problems with the same few countries of scammers. But not all from Nigeria, Ghana, or surrounding countries are scammers. Most are though. If you know what you are doing and are careful, you can visit other countries and stay with someone for the cost of food and a few expenses, but you need to know who it is you are talking to first, to make those arrangements. Knowing someone to do a very good background investigation first is very helpful. That would actually stand true for visiting someone here in the states as well.
