My question is. It's ok for a older woman to date younger men.
What about an older guy dating a younger woman (25 to 30)???
Does anyone have an issue with either situation??

a lot of younger women don't want to date someone who reminds them of there father(s). Even if, that older guy is a lot better than some of younger guys in the way the older guy treats a woman

that is true.....those are the true and real ones ..because there are ones that accept older men and if your wondering... she wants to be with me....want your money and they are fake...but if your OK with that.... then you'll both be happy...and hopefully she will stay and love you too....and not leave you dry and hurt ...your an attractive man..i'm sorry be very careful.....you know there should be a site for that too ....warning you... at least you know what your getting into....( ...want me to use you and hurt you ...give me your money...or anything i can use ...i don't know...people are so cruel and have no conscious...i wish you the best....

I met different couples with different ages, and everything was ok, it is important to have common interests, that's all

come on LOL .. it will go down in time OLDER MEN date younger women ... hell they use to marry them off at 14 in this country .. to men in their 50's YES that was historically for support to take on a young wife. NOW DATING YOUNGER WOMEN just dont attempt to date someone TOO YOUNG .. hence twenty year gaps even fifteen year gaps can surely be an issue .. THINK ABOUT IT .. do you really have anything in common with someone a generation younger than you .. TRY 33 if you 40 or if your nearly 50 try 43range...

yeah that was back in the 1700's and this is the 21st century.
Think its a double standard when a 30, 40 and a 50 year woman robs the cradle dates an 18 or 20 year old "boy". What do they call that. HHMM??? Oh they are called "cougars". Well everyone knows what that makes a man.
Yeah most women in their 20's don't know what they want. They are childish and immature.

actually this not true.
younger women will date an older man as much as much as a generation.
I'm 42. I mostly date young ladies between the ages of 24 & 32.
I helps to know how to approach and how to respond to "little Miss Tiger.
I've been called "cradle robber" or "pervert". But, I didn't treat them like little ladies, I treated them like a man. Younger women prefer men to take charge and they want to feel protected. Not cherished or like a side kick friend.
When I was the age of 38 I began to notice that I was attracting more and more women my age. And, I began to accept this as a part of aging and the right ting to do. To meet women my age. But! found how foolish this sentiment of reasoning is.
The very 1st young lady I approached was 24 & as I was admittingly being flirtacious, she asked me if I was trying to pick her up? I replied, "certainly". I'd be dumb if I wasn't. She then said, your about the same age as my dad". Oh yes, I replied & continued with "and you should be at home in bed".
She did not know how to respond to that. Later on we spoke again and we traded phone #'s & dated for some time.
