There are many guys that flirt but what does it mean? If a guy flirts with you could it be just to make you feel good, sex, joking, as friends, or if they flirt with you does it mean they are interested? How aggressive are guys if they like a girl?

I only flirt for two reasons. 1. If I am truly interested in someone 2. To make one of my female friends feel better when she's down on her luck and feeling crappy over some asshole who never deserved her to begin with.

I think it really depends on the guy, same as it depends on the girl. I know some guys who flirt with their friends, but are too shy to flirt with a girl they are interested in. Or some that flirt hardcore when they're interested. It really just depends on the person.

Well it is too much trouble to try to figure out eah of the different reasoning behind the guys flirting so it is best to not take him serious because I guess if he really liked you he would make sure you knew it right?

Well yeah I sure there is not one set of rules and the not knowing is exciting but just getting back into the dating world is very confusing and I am kind of old fashioned and shy to where I do not make the first move so figuring out motivations of males is crazy.

Well, guys are generally more honest than women, when it comes to these things. If you're up front and honest with him, he will appreciate it, and be up front and honest in return.

Honestly, it depends on the guy! just like some girls just love the attention but once u give it to them they are way over it! I can spot those a mile away! Most likely.. if a guy is flirting with you like at a bar, club, grocerry store.. he's just trying to get in your pants and I say this because most guys who acctually like some girl, they will be too nervouse to even flirt!!!!!

Leave an opening for a guy to keep flirting with you and see where it goes if you like him in the least bit. You should be able to tell what he wants the more he flirts with you. If he asks to go back to his house: BIG NO...unless you wanna have a one-night stand. My $0.02

Ive been around longer than most of you, so try to imagine this. Women were the only ones considered flirting. Flirting for men is relatively new terminology! Men are either nice to a girl or not for a mirad of reasons.
