Well for me a real man is someone who loves me for who I am, who doesn't care that I'm in a wheelchair, can deal with my bitchy side, who will talk to me if something's bothering him, is always honest with me and is someone I can trust who trusts me.

A real man to me is someone who is sincere. Not some con artist. Not some guy who just wants to leach on and not work. A 'real' man would be defined, I think, by many woman as a man that treats them with love, trust, respect, civility and honour.
