hi first thread im not here to date im here cause iv seen alot of good advise thrown around i am 19 i like a girl thats 16 i didnt want to even attempt to go for her when she was 15 and i was 18 at the time but we became good friends and only 2 months ago that it clicked that she meant a great deal to me but now she has a boyfriend we hv no secrets with each other and i told her strait away when i new for certain i felt something and she took it well and respects me for it i think, we get along so well and have fun when we do get to hang out she lives bout an hour and a bit drive out to no where and shes always happy when she talks to me and i think we may get along better than wat she does with her boyfriend cause she keeps me a secret obviously and i no for sure im not in the friend zone cause we talk about everything even sex stuff once she nearly cheat on him with me when she was feeling realy bad about something and i sorta talked her out of it when i jokingly suggested something without knowing wat mood she was in she was in, but if we were in the same room it would hv been a different story though it was just a simple drive away to see her its not like we couldnt have done anything cause it was very easy to get together for it but the problem is that she is getting frustrated and bored with her boyfriend cause he isnt doing much for the 5 months they hv been together and her usual boyfriends were the stereotypical asshole that show'd they cared so they can hv a shot at some action cause she is very pretty (down right stunning but doesnt believe me) so she has gotten used to more than just a kiss from somebody that she has gone out with for awhile this is her longest relationship but she wont talk to him about it cause she is afraid of him judging her and thinking she is a "slut" due to one bad choice that she regrets with watya no another asshole that got her labelled a slut cause of him bragging about her and him i dont want to give up on her but she isnt gonna give up on him any time soon and she aint gonna pick me over him since she has been with him and the possibility of a her and i couple is unproven grounds so why waste something for an unknown which im ok with cause id rather her hv the chance to be happy than pick me and realise we are better off as good friends

first go back to school and learn how to punctuate so someone can read this without getting a headache. you are too old to be fooling around with a 16 year old. in most states that is statutory rape.

nighthowl50 is correct, of course, but your story is still very interesting. You have been drawn into the web and you could get bitten very easily. A legal bite will cost you $1,500 for only a lawyer and you'd likely end up, at best, with 90 days in jail and probation for 3 years. That is the "best case" scenario and it could be much worse for you. Ask yourself if she is really worth that to you. I urge you to let her work out her own problems.

Amen...let kids be kids. Stop the cycle of society forcing young girls to grow up so fast. Where are the parents? On Webdate fighting on the Forums with Dr. Miller. Like there is no other woman in the greater Niagra Falls area that is deaf, blind, 425 lbs. that can't stroke your ego and give you the attention this soiled minor has been forced to.

God damn it, I had sushi for lunch and your "short eyes" are making me revisit an extremely tasty lunch... This makes me sick. I do know there is plenty of open road thru Australia where one could pull over, dig a very deep grave, and bury ones self alive. In Sicily, sins of the flesh with minors are handled just this way... & it is a mountainous island. Talk about the aggression associated with digging those holes.

she is two and a half years younger than me i hope to be with her a hell of a lot longer with her if i did ever get a chance i said im waiting for her i havent done anything with her im not going to try to break her up with her boyfriend cause im not going to ruin her chance to be happy if it does work out for them i am going to wait awhile we both will be a bit older by then and i have never felt anything for anyone that much younger than me it was the fact that i realised how much we did care about each other that made realise how much she meant to me but yes i do feel wrong with the age difference but she matters to much more than that and she has gone out with a bigger age gap before when she was 15 and its not like she looks like a a kid she 16 she has matured very well and has an older looking figure than some 20 year olds i came on here to ask for help about whether i should just give up early or whether waiting is the right thing not to be abused

iv tried to look it up it looks confusing and im not sure how up to date its is and i think you can get some sort of written agreement of consent from the parents which i would ask them first cause i wouldnt want her getting in troubled for going behind their backs but what i am asking is what i should do like should i give up on the chance of being happy with her just because even if it may be considered legal which im pretty sure it is, it still may be frown upon by others or is waiting awhile the right thing to do

The age of consent is 16 years old. If a person is charged with engaging in sexual activities with a person under the legal age, a legal defence is outlined in section 55(3). It states that: It is a defence to a prosecution for an offence against subsection (2) if the defendant establishes that - (a) he or she believed on reasonable grounds that the person on whom the offence is alleged to have been committed was of or above the age of 16 years; or (b) at the time of the alleged offence - (i) the person on whom the offence is alleged to have been committed was of or above the age of 10 years; and (ii) the defendant was not more than 2 years older; and that that person consented to the sexual intercourse.

Everyone is a genius with the change of grammar, spelling, and punctuation -- or lack thereof anyway. *shrugs*
