Yep..This the real deal...I have horses and ride quite often...I have never owned a cowboy hat..I am constantly wearing baseball caps...they stay on better in the wind and don't hit as many things..OK..So I go out one day and happen to walk by a actual hat shop...After looking around I say..heck I've never had a cowboy hat so I bought on and had it shaped..blah..blah...Then the next thing I know as I'm riding either on the horses or in a pick-up...I see women that look at me with a kinder gently eye..I auctually see more soft smiles...I never have seen that in a baseball cap...So I would like to know from the lady's here if deep down is it a man in a cowboy hat that moves you?..Of coruse I know that alot of you are gonna say it's the man and not the hat..understood..But I'm talking at first glance...

Cham.. I think it depends on the man and how you look in a hat. I have dated one man that wore cowboy hats and I never thought I would date a cowboy. But he sure did look good in one. I have nothing against cowboys because I am a country girl so it's all good. Just do what makes you hat. But I must say, I do love a man in a baseball cap. :)

Ok I admit YES I look twice if I see a stetson or the like. I also Look twice if I see a man on a Harley. Shallow? Maybe! Is it a requirement to own a hat or a Harey NO. Just something that attracts my eye.

yup im with you on this one notreally.

Maybe it was all those romance novels i read in highschool when i was grounded LOL....or maybe i just got a thing for both kinds of cowboys...the horse kind and the iron kind. but i also like a man in uniform ...but it is a whole package thing. Some are the ones you take a double look at and others aren't...

I'm thinkin you must look great in a cowboy hat...and bring out that "romance novel" in women's eyes?

Its always an ego boost to both partys when a wink is well received. Smiles are also good, they can convey a whole lot with out saying a word. Even if your not interested smiling back never hurts.
