I am not a woman but know how most of them think. First off, change your screen name, women don't want a nice guy, they claim they do, but deep down they are attracted to alpha males. Nice guys always come last.
You mentioned in your profile that you are geeky, another turn off for so many women. As regards to your looks, you are not a bad looking guy, but some women do not like beards, glasses etc.
