Let's back up...she was showing you her underwear? That seems to be in flirting territory at the very least. The first thought that you had to even unzip/unbutton your pants should have been a glue this is crossing a line, good or bad.

One way to stop feeling so disgusted is to stop putting yourself in that type of situation. You seem to be looking for approval so you don't have to feel guilty for doing something you know is wrong.

you knew exactly what you were doing all along. you didn't "forget" that you had taken off your underwear. and if she knew you had stripped down, she knew exactly what was going to happen at some point. apparently your flirting at work had made it so you both wanted to take it a bit further. if she had been truly embarrassed or insulted, she would not have rated your manhood.

The girl has got to be pretty bored in her relationship. That doesn't mean she's going to leave the guy. It's just that the newness of it all is gone. So, she's getting her rocks off somewhere else. Ahhhhh sweetie, you're so far behind. I'll give you the abridged version. My now ex-woman annoys me, I got mad, she thought I was breaking up with her, I go to sleep, I wake up, she sends a FB text message (which is a no-no in my book by the way) saying that she was leaving me and proceeded to end said relationship. To answer your question, sweety, the answer is no I am not moving to Arizona. I am staying put in New York for the time being.

It's okay. That's why I have tried to stay away from long-distance relationships. It rarely works out, and on the chance that they do, then more power to those that have found them from such a distance and are happily with each other based on trust and fidelity.

You seemed so happy though! I hope you find someone closer, you deserve someone who will treat you right. Yes, long distance relationships suck, I have been there and done that. I don't ever wanna get into another one. They are too complicated, very frustrating.
