Could be you're right or some marketing bean counter thought it could help them sell something later. I mistrust all surveys as it costs money to run them, so someone somewhere is hoping for something. When I worked for an internet marketing company, I sold surveys 15 years ago at $80,000 EACH to HP, IBM and 5 other companies, all with the intent to make a profit for everyone. $$$ was the goal, so perhaps webdate is looking for an enhancement or two in order to justify charging everyone. We shall see.
