I know that feeling. I describe it more as my nose being runny and chapped. I have a bit of a sore throat right now. I haven't had one of those things in a while.

I jinxed myself. My step sister was sick and my niece had a bit of a sore throat too. And I was like, I've not been sick in a damn good while. Now my head is all cloudy feeling, my nose feels like it's going to become stuffy, and my throat is feeling like it's going to become sore. You and me both. Boo.

Nothing cures everything, but a New England remedy has done wonders for over 100 years and might help you. In 1 large drinking glass, add 4 oz of apple cider vinegar with a glob of honey and fill with very hot water. Stir. Drink and feel the improvement in a few minutes. Repeat every couple of hours till you've recovered. Cheap and effective and no counter effects to worry about.

Both of my sister's have it along with my sister. And of course I just had to hold my niece. I can never resist holding the sick babies especially when she desperately needed auntie cuddles. |
