Younger guys with more mature women seems to be a growing trend these days due to the experience involved in being with such a gal. However, the question does tend to lie with the guy's maturity level, as you have indicated already. How would he react to dating an older woman?? Does he really want for such a relationship to occur or does he seek a "one-time" fling just so he can say that he has had his cake and carry on to the next ditz. In addition, some guys tend to want children, so if it doesn't appear to want to happen with said woman, he may seek to go someplace else for that. If he appears set to sacrifice his dream of wanting his own kid so he can commit fully to you, then he must really think of you as a very special woman and something like that should not be taken lightly. I commend you for this, but be wary of the circumstances surrounding your relationship, or lack thereof.

I dated a guy 9 years my junior. We dated for 4 years and had a great relationship. I think the most important thing is to be straight up with him.
