To many people abuse the marriage and it makes alot of people nervous about doing it then there are some who do it for the title and treat it as if they bought the person off the shelf at walmart and try to turn the person into a slave some treat the marriage as a lever to control with. instead of being a partnership between two people and not enjoy their lives and be happy instead they are miserable and end up in divorce in the worst case violence against one or the other.

Men dont want to get married because of the legal ramafications. If you marry, and it doesnt work-out (75% dont)then you have a bloody nightmare to deal with.

Actually statistics have shown it at 50% for a long time, not 75%. But I wouldn't be surprised if it's gone up close to 60%.

point is that its not a good bet that your situation will work-out. to make things worse the legal system screws it too men. Thats why we dont want to get married. Believe me!

It will work out if you're smart about it. Part of the reason why the divorce rate is so high is because people are getting too fast. Women grow up believing in fairy tales and "Happily Ever After." So as soon as a problem comes up, they want out. People don't know how to fix problems anymore. I could say the same for men as well, they're just as bad.
