With so, so many people online and the uncountable number of dating sites, how do you 'single' out that one, 'real' person you may have a connection with? I quess it would really depend on the 'searcher's' expectations, level of self esteem and ........patience. If you gain even a friendship that goes no further than the brightness of your computer screen than you gained more than what you had before! Of course, your 'life' should be equally balanced with 'real' friends, family of course and some level of social activity. It astounds me how the internet can become ones perception of living a productive life. I know that some get so caught up in believing in 'their own fantasy world' on the net, that they miss those wonderful opportunities they may have in 'the real world'.
