that being said, latino is a culture more than race, with many subcultures. i hope you are not taking the term latino to mean mexican btw, i mean it as based in the old latin language, which includes alot of countries that most people never realize, such as portugal and ltaly. as you can see, i am reffering to root language really with those terms. and i ned to correct the asian part a lil. oriental is what i should have said. the orient has a base culture dating way way back btw.the white reffers to european decent too. as in british isles, french, nordic countries etc., then you have the western white races of american and canadian. some are in more southern western hemisphere countries too, but are usually less than 1% of those populations. all these western whites are of a mixture of many european whites and usually at least 1 other if not more race/s, such as native american (funny name for that btw, seeing as they are not all from the same country or continent even, and in truth have ancient asian, mostly oriental, ancestors). they have many subcultures in the US, such as suburbanites.
