I am originally from Australia but now I live here in LA, why is it so hard to meet a nice woman.... I love women and although it has been a long time between drinks so to speak I would just like a nice lady to talk to if nothing more. Most women here just care how much money you have or what type of car you drive or how good you look. I know I am not the best looking guy around but hell I am not a two paper bag guy either. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

You could always move to a different area. Or at least date outside the area. Try PlentyOfFish.com It's a great dating site. Everyone has some problems with their romantic lives; true, some more than others, but we all have problems. How many people marry their first girl/boy friends? 90% of our romantic lives are failures. Trust me, I know better than anyone that it's difficult, but try to have patience.

Most women here just care how much money you have or what type of car you drive or how good you look. Sounds like you're on the shy side and expect them to be beating down the door for you. Unfortunately, that's not going to happen. Do you strike up random conversations with women while shopping etc.? If you get shot down move to the next one (pick up lines are a NO NO, just random genuine conversation). Eventually you'll find one that's made the effort worthwhile. My .02. It has worked well for me. P.S. Confidence is the name of the game. Women aren't looking for insecurity.

Hey brother, there are three things most females fall for every time. Money always traps a whore. Looks will get it everytime, as long as you keep your remarks limited. If all else fails, use bavado, but be nice. Bravado is a substitute for confidence. You cant fake confidence, but you can fake bavado because it is fake. Get some!

Eh, bravado annoys me. Then again, most chicks can't see it. Yes, I would say that MOST chicks go for those things. But not all of them. Don't be stubborn like Gama; have an open mind.

Truely, I just put-up with most people because I do care for them, but females in general have a serious problem with reality. Its almost as if they dont know what to do with themselves. They want to have a good life, but they expect for someone too just walk up and hand it to them because they have pussies. It blows me away!
